Kia Ora. I am a Year 6 student in Te Kauru at Paparore School. My blog is a collection of my work at various stages, across different curriculum areas. Throughout my time at Paparore School I may share draft copies of my work for feedback and feedforward. Other times I will share my final published pieces.

WALT: We are learning number bonds to 10,20,50 and 100
To 10. 9+1 , 6+4 , 7+3 = 10
To 20.16+4 , 18+2 , 11+9 = 20
To 50. 1+49 , 48+2 , 46+4 = 50
To 100. 1+99 , 2+98 , 6+94 = 100
What is a number bond?
A number bond is when you make equations that equal tidy numbers.
You need two numbers to make a tidy number.
A tidy number always ends with a zero
I found number 2 a bit difficult at first but then I got some help from my friend Isaac and then I was sweet.
How many number bonds do you know?
